CONDITIONS

Please read these T&C’s carefully before you submit your booking with us.

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 per car should be paid with a completed booking form

• A booking is not confirmed until a confirmation email is received.

• Full Balance is payable 21 days prior to the wedding date.

• Cancellations must be made by email or in writing.

• Unless instructed otherwise by the client the chauffeur will follow the route considered the most appropriate on the day of the travel, either through local knowledge or from the satellite navigation, we therefore will not be held responsible or liable for delays beyond our control however caused.

• The client is responsible for the conduct of passengers, in the event of damage to our vehicles caused by a passenger, the client will be held liable for the repair in full.

• No additional journeys will be made other than those defined and agreed on the booking form.

• In the case that the car booked is not available due to unforeseen circumstances we will provide a substitute of equal standing or a refund limited to money paid by the client.

 

Bookings are accepted on the condition the client understands and accepts the above T&C’s

 

We also recommend the client obtains wedding insurance for their own protection.
